LASER MARKING
All our products are marked and identified. They can also be customized with the client’s logo.
CBN TOOTHING
Special toothing, for solving specific cutting problems, is generated on robotized grinding machines using only CBN grinding wheels to guarantee superior quality and finishing of the teeth.
STANDARD TOOTHING
The toothing of our standard stock blades is generated by the latest German Junker machines.
The toothform therefore has an excellent surface finish and the saw blades are concentric to within less than 0.1mm.
SURFACE GRINDING
All the blade parameters concerning dimensions, surface finishing, flatness are strictly monitored and controlled in our modern robotized production plant.
